Datalux has a history of excellent product support. Both the IPIX and Tracer include a standard 3 year warranty (return to factory), and most other products include a one year warranty. The factory service center, at our headquarters in Winchester Virginia, normally returns systems and products under warranty within 5 business days or less, and non-warranty returns within 15 business days or less.
In addition to the standard warranty, Datalux offers optional extended warranties (up to 5 years) on Tracer and IPIX systems. A variety of other optional support programs are offered including Top Flight Service (spare units shipped from Datalux overnight) and the Freedom Protection Plan (which protects against unintentional physical damage).
Do not rerturn any product to Datalux without first obtaining an RMA number from Datalux Customer Support. This includes all products under warranty, non-warranty service, evaluation systems and demo systems.
